The Shadow Minister says it’s almost impossible for the PNP to craft a detailed crime plan, as they are the opposing party.

This 10 point approach to a crime plan was put forward by the PNP on January 23.
This is the second such crime initiative being out forward by the Opposition since 2017.
The Opposition has received sharp criticism since unveiling this plan, with comments online labelling it as vague and desperate.
